We suggest doing this in one sitting to ensure all data is saved properly. Depending on the number of pets and amount of detail, completion may take 30-60 minutes.
This page is a detailed guide to setting up your Precise Petcare account with Serenity Pet Care Professionals LLC. This page is ONLY a guide for creating your account. The account is designed to collect all necessary information for any of our services. Even if you do not currently need a particular service (vacation care, dog walking, etc.), please fill out the form in full.

New Account Information
This is the first page you will see when creating an account. At the top of the screen you will see a box that reads:
Serenity Pet Care Professionals LLC clients enjoy an easy to use online schedule professionally developed by Precise Petcare. As a client you can view your schedule, request services, update your info, view your billing history and more! Fill out the form below to create your Serenity Pet Care Professionals LLC account.
If you click on the “Precise Petcare” hyperlink, it will take you to the Precise Petcare website, from which you will find links to the Apple and Google Play stores to download the app! You can also go to your app store and search for Precise Petcare. The app only works once your account log in is created. You can download the app now, but can’t use it until you’ve filled out the New Account Information.

Once you’ve completed this step, you can either continue in your current browser or log into the app.
Dashboard
The next page you’re going to see is your dashboard. There’s a lot of information on this page. For now, pay attention to the yellow banners you see. On PC, these are towards the right top of the screen. On the mobile app or in mobile browser, these are at the top of the screen under the blue info banner.
You should see the following four banners:

“Please fill out the Terms of Service Updated 6/4/22 before you request services”
We recommend completion in the following order: the Terms of Service, Vet Release and Advance Directive, My Info, and add you Pet(s).
Terms of Service
These terms of service were specifically written to meet the needs of Serenity Pet Care Professionals LLC. Please read them in full to make sure you have a clear understanding of our policies and expectations.
Complete the form by entering the date and your name at the bottom of the form.
Vet Release and Advance Directive
The vet release and advance directive is used to provide the utmost of care in the case of a medical emergency. Please complete this form thoughtfully.
Note that one form is used for all pets in the household. If you have different monetary limits for different animals, please name each animal and their individual limit, separated clearly from one another with commas. This is also true of further details: please provide the details for each pet individually in multi pet households.
Complete the form by checking the required boxes, making your individual selections for procedure if your pet is seriously sick or passes, providing your treatment cost maximum and any further directions, and entering the date and your name at the bottom of the form.

This is broken into 7 categories: Details, Service Address, Additional Contacts, Homes Access, Checklists, Home Information, Veterinarian
At the completion of each category, you will select “Next” to move onto the next.

Please enter a value in EVERY field, INCLUDING VACCINATIONS. Failure to do so will result in the loss of data, even if you save, and the profile will need to be restarted.

Once you’ve added each of your pets, you’re ready to go!
You can revisit any of this information at any time under the Petcare header. Services can be requested in the My Schedule header (you can adjust the dates showing using the toolbar button that looks like a little calendar). Invoices and payments can be viewed under the Billing header. The Photos header will contain the pictures we take of your pets, and any messages sent in the portal will be in the Messages header.
