Account Creation

After speaking with Serenity Pet Care Professionals LLC via e-mail, phone, or text to confirm that we can provide the service you need, the next step is making a Precise Petcare account.

We suggest doing this in one sitting to ensure all data is saved properly. Depending on the number of pets and amount of detail, completion may take 30-60 minutes.

This page is a detailed guide to setting up your Precise Petcare account with Serenity Pet Care Professionals LLC. This page is ONLY a guide for creating your account. The account is designed to collect all necessary information for any of our services. Even if you do not currently need a particular service (vacation care, dog walking, etc.), please fill out the form in full.

New Account Information

This is the first page you will see when creating an account. At the top of the screen you will see a box that reads:

Serenity Pet Care Professionals LLC clients enjoy an easy to use online schedule professionally developed by Precise Petcare. As a client you can view your schedule, request services, update your info, view your billing history and more! Fill out the form below to create your Serenity Pet Care Professionals LLC account.

If you click on the “Precise Petcare” hyperlink, it will take you to the Precise Petcare website, from which you will find links to the Apple and Google Play stores to download the app! You can also go to your app store and search for Precise Petcare. The app only works once your account log in is created. You can download the app now, but can’t use it until you’ve filled out the New Account Information.

Once you’ve completed this step, you can either continue in your current browser or log into the app.


The next page you’re going to see is your dashboard. There’s a lot of information on this page. For now, pay attention to the yellow banners you see. On PC, these are towards the right top of the screen. On the mobile app or in mobile browser, these are at the top of the screen under the blue info banner.
You should see the following four banners:

“Please fill out the Vet Release and Advance Directive before you request services”
“Please fill out the Terms of Service Updated 6/4/22 before you request services”

We recommend completion in the following order: the Terms of Service, Vet Release and Advance Directive, My Info, and add you Pet(s).

Terms of Service

These terms of service were specifically written to meet the needs of Serenity Pet Care Professionals LLC. Please read them in full to make sure you have a clear understanding of our policies and expectations.
Complete the form by entering the date and your name at the bottom of the form.

Vet Release and Advance Directive

The vet release and advance directive is used to provide the utmost of care in the case of a medical emergency. Please complete this form thoughtfully.
Note that one form is used for all pets in the household. If you have different monetary limits for different animals, please name each animal and their individual limit, separated clearly from one another with commas. This is also true of further details: please provide the details for each pet individually in multi pet households.
Complete the form by checking the required boxes, making your individual selections for procedure if your pet is seriously sick or passes, providing your treatment cost maximum and any further directions, and entering the date and your name at the bottom of the form.

Communication PreferencesChose what e-mail topics you’re open to receiving. Scheduling Confirmations are sent when I accept your requested service. Pet Care Journals are sent after every visit to update you on your pet. Important Business Updates may include price changes, weather info, service changes, etc. Marketing is advertising (not generally used).
Automatically Tip (each requested service)You can use this to automatically apply a tip to each service. Percent will apply a percent of the cost of service, Dollars will apply a flat dollar amount to each service. Tips can also be added manually to every invoice when you pay!

Should be somebody local who does NOT travel with you. This person should be informed that they are the emergency contact. The name (first and last), relationship (parent, cousin, friend, etc.), phone number.
Others with Regular Home AccessAnybody who might have access to your home or yard! Lawn care, pool care, cleaning services, neighbors or family members with a key.
Partner E-mail Address(es)The e-mail address of your spouse, partner, boyfriend/girlfriend, etc.

Lockbox/Door CodeIf you have a keypad lock, this is the place to enter the lock code. If you are using a lock box for your house key, this is the place to enter the lock box code. If you are asking me to use a garage pin pad, this is the place to enter the garage code.
Home Alarm SystemPlease select yes or no. If yes:
Provide alarm company name and phone number (in case of any issue of malfunction)
Provide location of alarm panel (be as specific as possible)
Provide the password if I should need to speak with the alarm company (malfunction or accidental trigger)
Provide the code and directions to arm and disarm the alarm
Please note that if I do not have this info and there is an alarm issue, it will count towards your visit time. If I do not have this info and the alarm company sends the police, I cannot enter the home until they arrive.
Home Camera System? Indoors or outdoors?Indicate yes or no regarding the use of security cameras. If yes, indicate indoors or outdoors, and location. This is done to verify that cameras are NOT kept in bathrooms or the space you’re asking the sitter to sleep.
Home Access/Parking NotesAny doors that stick or don’t latch properly, garage openers that don’t always work, gates that are prone to issues, door you prefer I enter the house through, etc. Anything quirky to know about accessing your home. Any place you specifically ask that I do or do not park.

Cleaning SuppliesI may need to clean up muddy dogs, urine, feces, spilled food/liquid, vomit, etc. Please tell me what you use and where it is kept. This may include vacuum, broom, mop, disinfectant, paper towels, chlorox wipes, pet urine eliminator, towels and rags.
Breaker BoxPlease provide the location of breaker box (incase of electrical issue, tripped switch, etc). Also welcome to provide contact info for property management/preferred electrician.
Water shutoffPlease provide the location of the main water shut off (incase of flooding, broken pipes). Also welcome to provide contact info for property management/preferred plumber.
Thermostat Location & InstructionsPlease provide location of thermostat and any necessary directions of operating it. Generally this is not needed, but may be adjusted if the home is uncomfortably hot or cold (for example, colder than 66 or hotter than 76).
TV/WiFi InstructionsPlease provide WiFi name and password. This is used for the business phone (to send updates) and laptop (during overnight stays).
If there is anything specific to know about operating the TV (multiple remotes, sound systems, etc.), please indicate here.
Pet CarriersIf applicable, indicate where pet carriers are kept in case of emergency (hard crates, soft crates, seat belt adaptors/car seats, etc).
Additional SuppliesLocation of pet beds, crate, litter box, small animal cages, etc.
Sleeping Location for Overnight ServicesPlease indicate where I will be sleeping if overnight services are requested (even if you are not booking overnight care now, if you think you ever might, please specify).
If you never intend to book overnight care, please fill out NA.
House NotesThis is a spot to tell me about anything else in the home you think I should know about!

**Not all of these fields will be asked for with all animals; this should be every possible field you’ll see.

At the completion of each category, you will select “Next” to move onto the next.
Please enter a value in EVERY field, INCLUDING VACCINATIONS. Failure to do so will result in the loss of data, even if you save, and the profile will need to be restarted.

ChecklistsPlease select all applicable fields, especially pertaining to pet behavior. While we make a point to keep people and other animals away from pets when we are walking or in the yard, it is always best to know in advance of any potential triggers.

PersonalityDescribe your pets personality to us. Energetic, anxious, reserved, slow to warm up, feisty, selective, etc.
Pet Routine & Time Used to Being AloneDescribe your pets daily routine in general detail; you’ll fill out specifics of walking and feeding later on.
Do specify how long your pet is comfortable being alone.
Example: up around 7, walk, breakfast, crated while we work (2-7 hours), walk, hanging out after work, dinner, bed. Sometimes we practice training or he gets a frozen marrow bone for enrichment.
Walking Routes, Type & Location of GearIndicate what tools are used to walk your dog (front clip harness, flat collar, martingale collar, prong collar, standard leash, retractable leash, etc.) and where they are kept (next to front door, in garage, etc.).
Describe the length of walk your pet is used to (10/20/30 minutes) and approximate walking path.
Fears, Anxieties, Triggers, Etc.Describe anything which might stress your pet out or cause unpredictable reactions, and describe the reaction. Fireworks, thunder, hats, men, children, small animals, birds, bicycles, sunglasses, rapid movement, raised arms, etc. Barking, lunging, bolting, herding, biting, etc. PLEASE BE AS SPECIFIC AS POSSIBLE so we can keep things safe and stress free.
Other Behavioral NotesDescribe anything else which we should know about your pets behavior. If they only eat with a release word, if they have a history of fence hopping or killing rodents, etc.
Brand of Food & Storage LocationDescribe the brand and formula of food you feed, and where it is kept. PLEASE BE AS SPECIFIC AS POSSIBLE in the event that we need to buy food while you’re away.
Feeding Practice, Time & PortionIndicate how your pet is fed (specific times vs free feeding), when, and how much.
Food Allergies & SensitivitiesDescribe any known food allergies and sensitivities. Sitters may bring treats to promote positive reinforcement of comments, positive association with the sitter, or enrichment.
Grooming Routine/NeedsIndicate what amount of grooming your pet is used to at home (brushing, bathing, clipping of nails, clipping of coat, etc.), and at what frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.), as well as where grooming tools are stored.
Grooming Aversions/ProblemsDescribe any problems your pet has will grooming. This may include trouble with the feet, nails, face, ears, brushing, detangling, general aversion, etc.
Training Commands, Rewards, CorrectionsDescribe the commands your pet readily knows. Be specific about verbal cues, and describe hand gestures if there are any. Indicate how commands are rewarded (treats, toys, attention) and any correction of misbehavior.
Favorite Toys & TreatsIndicate if your pet has any particular favorite toys or treats.

VaccinationsPlease add all of the vaccinations your pet has received, the last date of vaccination, and the due date. You CAN enter expired vaccines. This information MUST be had in the event that there is ever an accident resulting in a bite.

Medical ConcernsDescribe any health conditions your pet has (including current conditions and past surgeries) as well as any medications or restrictions.
Please list medication names, doses (ex 1 50mg pill, 1/2 100mg pill), and times.

You can revisit any of this information at any time under the Petcare header. Services can be requested in the My Schedule header (you can adjust the dates showing using the toolbar button that looks like a little calendar). Invoices and payments can be viewed under the Billing header. The Photos header will contain the pictures we take of your pets, and any messages sent in the portal will be in the Messages header.
