Editing Visits

Editing visits is done most easily from “My Schedule”. To access “My Schedule”, make sure the left-hand menu is open (may require clicking the 3 horizontal bars in the top left corner of the screen). Click “My Schedule”.

What exactly you see will depend on both your calendar view (see Requesting Visits) and the device you’re using the view the platform.

If you see a check box next to your visit, select the check box and a green banner will appear at the top of the screen. From here you can add a note, apply a tip, cancel, or change. Change will allow you to change the date, the pets being serviced, the type of service (30 min vs 60 min vs Overnight, etc.), time block, and the note attached to the service. You CAN select more than one visit at a time, but it WILL apply the change to ALL selected services. Click “Save or Request Changes” to send it my way.
The cancel button can be used to delete visits which have not been approved yet. If your visit is already approved, you cannot delete it, only request a cancelation (which will not be refused- we simply need to be able to know it’s being cancelled).
